Audiobahn is a factory-authorized warranty service for most professional audio products. Please call to verify authorization prior to sending in any product for warranty service. Not all manufacturers offer field warranty service. We also provide repair service for products that are out of warranty.
Your product does not have to be purchased from us to be repaired by us.
Products may either be dropped off at our location or shipped to us. If shipping, just include a written explanation of the problems you are experiencing, along with your contact information and include with your product.
